Juz got back frm a session of soccer wth the Senghou and affiliation... Feelin abit tired.. Probably cos din get much slp last nite... Stayed over at Alvin (Gan) 's hse ystdae wth JK... Watched abit of the Qualifiers, played PES and played some chess wth JK.. Den this mornin went for soccer straight...

Juz now on way back suffered another attack of the chest pain... It wasn't a severe one... But i'm worried.. Or afraid... It has been so many yrs... When i was young i always told myself: dun worry, when i grow up it'll go away... But now... Its far frm being gone... In fact, its seems to hav gotten worse... I'm really worried... I can't afford to be not medically fit.. I'll lose my place in SISPEC.. Den get downgraded.. I'll lose my chance to earn more in my 2 yrs... My family needs the money.. I know tt my life is more impt.. But i guess if i can survive so many yrs, why not another few more months... Maybe i'll go for a check up after i pass out frm SISPEC...

I dunno how much longer i can last... But i'll do nothing but my best... Anyway i've nvr experience an attack durin physical trainin or activity... So i hope it won't hinder my participation in the activities... Hopefully...

SISPEC life not easy ar..

Do so much shit and end of the day only get 3rd SGT.. Pay only = to wad the ppl in OCS gettin now as trainee... Wth..

Anyway, had SOC on the first morning there.. Den had 2 Endurance Training already.. 4km and 5km.. Had our first few lessons in Basic Navigation and learnt bout the M203 grenade launcher..

Mon gg to hav TH test for M203.. den gg to hav 3 SOC lessons nxt week.. Stress..

And over there the ppl all much fitter than i am.. Juz look at the chin-up regimes be4 meals..
Everyone doing like 10... Me can barely manage 6.. wtf.. Sigh... Den hav to do so many extra push-ups...

And the worse is i suffered an attack of my chest pain... It wasn't a severe one... But the pain was enuf to stop me frm doing anything... This brings back memory of how the previous attack tt happened durin BMT.. Back then it was severe enuf to make me fall out frm the activity...
I dunno... Maybe i shd juz see a specialist bout it... Sigh.. But wad if the doc really find smthing wrong wth me and.........

Anyway, got lotsa stuff to prepare for this first book-out... Many things to buy..

Todae went NUS Open House.. Only attended the talk for Engineering... Probably cos its the only possible choice for me in NUS.. It seems tt engineering is not as bad as i tht.. Its actually quite interestin... So i'm gg to apply for NUS Engineering.. Probably take common engineering for the first year... Den i'll decide which discipline to go for...

I've been thinking.. I don't require myself to be very rich or very successful in the future or now.. I only require to be like any other average person.. Juz hav enuf salary in the future to be able to lead a normal life... But it seems tt maybe even this bare minimum i require of myself i may not be able to achieve...

Am i a failure in life? I dunno... I can't ans this qns...

Now i'm gg to take things as they come... I've lost most, if not all, of my already very little confidence of myself, my abilities...

Well well well... finally.. POP le... NOw i'm a Private...
Sad to say, todae i still hav to book in to tekong...
All HQ'a fault... Last min change in instruction and now all those who fail SOC hav to go for the re-SOC tmrl.. So i gotta book in tonight...

Its really stupid.. This was exactly wad i was tryin to escape when i went ahead wth the SOC even wth a fever... I din wanna come back during block leave... because we were only told probably only those who din take only had to come back... And now even those who fail hav to...
bull shit man...

The last week was rather horrible for me really... Wth my fever comin on and off... I din noe how much longer i could last... The 24km route march sure tested my determination to its limits...
Luckily there was something call Panadol... I took it at the 12km mark... And it help to reduce my fever at least until i completed the whole thing...

At least now my fever is gone for gd... I hope...
But i've got a real bad cough and flu... Probably caught a cold...
I dunno why i hav this mindset, juz to get the SOC over and done wth and i probably won't be bother at all bout my timing...

Oh and after gg for the Airforce 2nd talk, i'm more and more interested in the vocation of WSO... be it C3 or ADA...
But my main 2 concern will be results (A levels) and qualification for OCS...
Once these 2 are settled, i probably will sign on as a WSO... Take up LSA...
And life will be happily ever after i guess...

Saddening news....

Ystdae nite, got to noe frm DM tt our chinese teacher Mdm Chin had passed away... Rather shocking news... So todae, after bookin out at 1815hrs, took a cab home, shower, eat dinner and i'm off to meet the guys... Met up wth Fab,TYS,DM,DH and HX at Potong Pasir.. Den we took 2 cabs to the funeral parlour... Stayed for bout half an hour... Den HX left... THe rest of us met up wth JK at Serangoon Interchange... Den we went to eat supper at one of the coffeeshop there.. Chatted all bout NS life... Den share cab wth JK home... Total todae took 3 times cab lor...
Really spending too much...

Tmrl morning wanted to play bball but WK still in camp... Den JK not free... So can't play le...
